Angie Marshall

Angie Marshall passed away today at the age of 60. She had not been feeling well earlier in the week, but the sad news of her death did come as a shock to many of her friends on the Internet. Marie Rayner has written a tribute on her blog "A Year from Oak Cottage", to which I'd like to refer.[Unfortunately, neither tribute nor site are no longer available, January 2013].

Angie, Rest in Peace.

It was a big shock Guido. It reminds us that none of us are going to be around for ever. Saying prayers for her family, it must be such an awful time for them. RIP Angie. xx

I cannot stop crying, as mad as that seems. The loss of lovely Angie has just broken my heart. She was the first to comment on my blog when we started, back in August 2006 and has been a staunch supporter and good friend ever since.

We will never, ever forget the wonderful Angie Marshall.

love Ruth (and Jasper) xxx

Just a few lines in memory of a Dear friend, for tommorrow....

Monday the 30th Jan 2012 .

I cannot get online in the morning, due to appointments..

I little knew that morning.
God was going to call your name.
In life I loved you dearly.
In death I do the same
It broke my heart to lose you.
And you did not go alone.
Part of me went with you.
The day God called you home

Miss you my Dear Friend.
You will never be forgotten.
As we used to say to one another ....

" AL SI THI "
